Payment options: We do not accept money orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your BUS-LINK account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined.
Account Information: BUS-LINK stores your account information so that you do not have to re-enter your information each time you order from BUS-LINK. Your account is also used to check the status of orders or view information on previous orders.
- Changing Account Information
You can change your account information by clicking on My Account on the top of our main page. Enter your e-mail address and password. Then click on 'Account Info. & Password Change' to update your e-mail address, name, password, and billing or shipping information.
- Security
Your account information is completely secure. BUS-LINK is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information. For this reason, we don't store your credit card information with your account information. This must be re-entered for each order. The checkout area of BUS-LINK is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that only BUS-LINK can read a customer's information.
- View Status of Existing Order
To view the status of existing orders, click on My Account on the top of our main page. Enter your e-mail address and password. Then click on 'Order Status' and select the existing order desired. You will then see the status of the order. If the order was shipped, click on the shipping symbol next to the date shipped. This will take you directly to the shipping carrier's Web site for detailed tracking information. Your order could show 'In Process' or 'Pending' for 2 days before you receive a 'Ship Confirm' message. This means that your order is at our warehouse being prepared for shipment.
- Previous Order Review
To view previously placed orders, click on My Account on the top of our main page. Enter your e-mail address and password. Then click on 'Order Status' and select the order number of the invoice you require to view or print the invoice.
- Forgotten Passwords
To retrieve a forgotten password, click on My Account on the top of our main page. Click on the button that says 'I forgot my password.' A message appears in red: 'Your password has been emailed to you!' Within approximately ten minutes, your password will be e-mailed to you.

Sales Tax: BUS-LINK shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
