Shipping Charges
Free shipping on most products for orders totaling over $250.00! Certain products must be shipped freight and do not apply. If your order total is less than $250.00 the following shipping charges apply:

Oversized Items
There is an additional handling fee on all oversized items. These items are clearly marked on the product pages and during the checkout process. Call for shipping rates on oversized items.

Shipping Method
BUS-LINK uses UPS Ground for most products. If your order requires a faster shipping method, call BUS-LINK. Oversized items are shipped freight. The freight carrier used depends on the destination. Call BUS-LINK for more information on freight shipments.

Shipping Region
At this time BUS-LINK can only ship within the continental United States. We are currently making arrangements to expand our shipping region.

When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most products leave our warehouse within one-to-two business days. However, certain non-stocking items and large items will take longer to ship. Most of these items will be marked on our product description pages. Your order might also be delayed due to account verification problems - we can usually resolve any such problems within two additional business days.

How do I track my order?
You may view the tracking information on your order from our main page by following these steps:

  1. On the top of the main page, click on 'My Account.'
  2. On the 'My Account' page, enter your email and password.
  3. Click on 'Order Status.'
  4. Click on the shipping symbol next to the date shipped.

This will take you directly to the shipping carrier's Web site for detailed tracking information. Your order could show 'In Process' or 'Pending' for 2 days before you receive a 'Ship Confirm' message. This means that your order is at our warehouse being prepared for shipment.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping charges are refunded only if we incorrectly ship a different part than that which was ordered.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured for the order value up to $100. If the value of your order exceeds $100, only $100 is insured unless additional shipping insurance is purchased at checkout. The cost of additional insurance is $0.35 per $100 of value.

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged shipment from BUS-LINK,
DO NOT SIGN FOR IT! BUS-LINK will resend the shipment upon notification from the carrier. Signing for your shipment transfers responsibility for damaged goods claims to you. If you sign for your shipment and then find hidden damage that occurred during shipping you must contact the carrier on your own to submit a claim for the damaged goods.
