Warranty Policy: Many products in our store carry a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. These warranties vary and can sometimes be viewed in the product description on the individual product pages. For assistance with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the appropriate product manufacturer.

Return Policy: You may return most items sold by BUS-LINK within 30 days of delivery. Call BUS-LINK at 888-751-0700 to request a return material authorization (RMA) number.

Within 30 days of receiving the RMA #, ship the parts back along with a copy of the original order. Ship the parts to:

Make sure to include the RMA # on the package label and on any paperwork inside the package. If it is found that the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping cost.

Please allow 30 days from the date of receipt of the parts for processing/credit. A 20% restocking charge may be assessed for returns where it is not the fault of BUS-LINK.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any special order purchases.
